• The Developer will be responsible for the cost of all the required Geo Technical and Environmental Studies and Approvals.
• The Developer must adhere to all the required Geo Technical and Environmental rules, regulations, and specifications.
F. Building Plans and Site Development Plans:
• Buildings Plans and Site Development Plan are available but may need to be re-submitted to the City Council for approval.
G. Zoning:
• Residential 2 Zoning was approved by City Council in 2007 but the status quo of such must be verified with the City Council and may require a new approval process.
H. Location:
• The Land Area is located in a residential suburb of Ventersdorp and within walking distance from the CBD (Central Business District), taxi rank, shops, offices, and businesses.
• The Land Area is easily accessible from several main and other roads in Ventersdorp.
